How EGTF handles your information.

This notice applies to visitors to the European Golf Teachers Federation website and to people who contact EGTF about courses, membership, professional enquiries or other services.

When you submit a course enquiry, EGTF may receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, preferred course option or date, and the content of your message. If you contact EGTF by email, the information in that email is also received.

EGTF may also receive limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information and server logs.

EGTF uses enquiry information to respond to requests, provide relevant course or membership information, administer bookings, protect the website, and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

EGTF does not sell personal information. Information is not used for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis to do so.

Course enquiries are collected through an EGTF form hosted by systeme.io. In-person and online course payments are processed through Revolut Checkout. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and security controls.

Only provide payment information within the secure payment page. EGTF does not ask visitors to send card details by email.

The current public site does not intentionally deploy advertising, profiling or non-essential analytics cookies. Necessary technical services may use limited cookies or local storage to deliver the site, protect it from misuse, or make a form or checkout work.

If EGTF introduces non-essential analytics, advertising or personalisation technology, the site should display a consent choice before that technology is activated.

EGTF keeps personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to manage a relationship, or to meet legal obligations. You may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by emailing EGTF. Rights can depend on the circumstances and applicable data-protection law.
